I love my job, love hair, love people and love life.
I’m a very positive person and love to make people feel at home.
I have been doing hairdressing for many years and I keep updating my knowledge attending courses and fashion shows.
I started my own business prioritising health and the impact of pollution on the world. After many months of research I came across Organic Colour Systems a British hairdressing manufacturer, located in The New Forest, and they ticked all my boxes: Organic, Vegan friendly, Cruelty free, Gluten-free and using PCP packaging.
I fell in love by the ethnical approach of this company, using local farmers to supply their ingredients to make colours and products, employing local people and most of all the Non Animal Testing!
Being made in the UK, with no importation tax, this means that Organic Hair and aftercare is affordable to everyone, and this also means a much smaller impact of carbon footprint.
I believe in kindness and sustainability, and since 2021 Hair by Carla became a Certified Vegan salon, and as part of my green ethos, I have also joined Salon Sustainability and I am very proud to say that all the hairdressing waste its all recycled.
I’m very conscious of products I use and what I do to minimise anything that is pollutive to us, animals and to the environment.

Hi Im Carla, I have been doing hair for 18 years. I love my job, and my salon is where I spend most of my time. I specialise in all aspects of hair colouring and hair repair. I also love working with different types of hair textures and being myself curly, I also specialise and understand curly hair. I am a mom of 1 boy, Daniel and also of 2 beloved cats, Kiko my Mainecoon boy and Princess-Sissi my rescued Portuguese Siamese. I am vegan for the animals and for the planet, because I believe in unconditional love, respect for any life and I truly care for our beautiful planet. Carla xoxo

Hi I’m Tracey. I have been hairdressing for over 25 years. I love working with Carla and love the ethos and the organic natural approach that we offer to our lovely clients. I am a mom of 2 gorgeous girlies, a wife to my dear hubby and also a mommy to our for legged boy, Charlie. I enjoy spending time with people and listening to their hair needs, from colouring, to cutting I love helping and making a change to people’s hair. Working at Hair by Carla has been a big eye opener to a totally better way of hairdressing and most of all, to health and well-being and I wouldn’t choose to work anywhere else. Hello, I’m Angela, I have been a beauty therapist for over 25 years. I am a mum to my lovely twin daughters Tess and Eve who are all grown up now And I’m also a mom to my little crazy Daisy Malshie fur baby who is now 15 years old. On my spare time, I love going for walks, reading a book, listen to music and appreciating nature. I trained with Bio sculpture gel in 2002 the original gel polish brand in a pot and then they brought out Evo polish in a bottle and I offer both options. I specialise in gel manicures not only making nails glossy and sparkly but also looking after the condition and repair of your nails and skin. I am passionate about life and I only work with cruelty free products, meaning that my manicures and pedicures are also vegan and cruelty free, kind to us but also to the animals and the environment. I do also specialise in eyelash extensions and I’m very happy to offer you my latest technique in UV lash extensions. This technique its great to people that have more wet or greasy eyes/hair, as the retention of the lashes holds better. I offer also waxing services, eyebrow and lash tints and lash lifts. Patch tests are required prior to some services. I’m very excited to join Hair by Carla and to be able to meet all lovely clients. The salon is beautiful and a lovely place to be in.
